ཆོས་དབྱིངས་སྒྲོལ་མ་དང་པད་མ་དངོས་གྲུབ།

                                bad-ma ŋós-drŭb &  qos-yíŋ  drón-ma

    ya  a~la~ye ~,

ཆང་~ཕུད་   དང་~པོ་   སྟེང་~ཕྱོགས་  ~   ལྷ་~   ལ་   ~འབུལ།

qaŋ~pud   dăŋ~bo   deŋ~qyog ~   lha~   la  ~bùl,

I make the first offering of chang to the deities above,

སྐྱོབས་~པའི་     ལྷ་~ལྔ་     ལུས་~དང་ ~    མི་~  འབྲལ་~    ཤོག~

gyob~bai    lha~ŋá    lus~dăŋ  ~  mi~  dràl~   xog~!

May the five protective deities never be separated from my body!
