སྤང་~ འང་~ཐང་~  ཡངས་~ འང་པོ་~འོ~  གོས་~ ཀྱི་~  གདན་~ འན་སྟེང་~   ནས~ ~ །

baŋ~ ǎŋ~taŋ~  yaŋ~ ǎŋbo~ǒ~  gǒs~ gyi~  dán~ ǎndeŋ~   nas~ ~,

On the silken mat of a vast grassy plain,

    བོད་~ འོ~པའི་   བུ་~མོས་  འབྲི་~ འི~མོ་   འཇོ་~ འོ~བཞིན་   དུ~ ~ །

    bǒd~ ǒ~bai   bǔ~mos  drĭ~ ĭ~mo   jò~ ǒ~xín   dǔ~ ~,

    When a Tibetan girl milks a female yak,

        བོད་~ འོ~པའི་   བུ་~མོས་  འབྲི་~ འི~མོ་   འཇོ་~ འོ~བཞིན་   དུ~ ~ །

        bǒd~ ǒ~bai   bǔ~mos  drĭ~ ĭ~mo   jò~ ǒ~xín   dǔ~ ~,

        When a Tibetan girl milks a female yak,

ལུས་~ འུས~ཀྱི་   མཆོད་~ པ་~འ~   འོ་~མས་   འཕེན་~ འན་~པ་~   འདི~ ~ །

lus~ us~gyi   qòd~ ba~ǎ~   hǒ~mas   pèn~ an~ba~   dì~ ~,

This body offering sent with the milk

    སྲིད་~ འི་~གསུམ་   དགེ་~བའི་   སྨོན་~ འོན~ལམ་   ཐོག་~ འོག~མ་   ཡིན~ ~ །

    sìd~ ĭ~sùm   gé~vai   mòn~ ǒn~lam   tog~ ǒg~ma   yin~ ~.

    Is the first invocation for the virtue of the three dimensions of existence.

        སྲིད་~ འི་~གསུམ་   དགེ་~བའི་   སྨོན་~ འོན~ལམ་   ཐོག་~ འོག~མ་   ཡིན~ ~ །

        sìd~ ĭ~sùm   gé~vai   mòn~ ǒn~lam   tog~ ǒg~ma   yin~ ~.

        Is the first invocation for the virtue of the three dimensions of existence.

རྣང་~ འང་~ཞིང་~  སྣུམ་~ འུམ་པོ་~འོ~  གསེར་~ གྱི་~  ར་~ འ~བ་~   ནས~ ~ །

In the golden enclosure of a bountiful field,

        drò~ ǒ~drǔg   dé~vai   mòn~ ǒn~lam   tog~ ǒg~ma   yin~ ~.
