དགུང་~ ཉི་~མའི་ ཐུགས་~  བརྩེ་~    ཨ་~  ཕ་~   ཡིན~།

gúŋ~ ñi~mai   tug~  ze~    a~  pa~   yin~,

The benevolence of the sun in the sky is my father,

    དུང་~   ཟླ་~བའི་ འཛུམ་~ཞལ་ ཨ་~མ་ ཡིན~  །

    dŭŋ~   dá~vai    zùm~xăl a~ma    yin~  ,

    The smiling face of the conch-white moon is my mother,

        ང་~  བུ་~ཆུང་ ཐོ་~ རངས་~   སྐར་~ ཆེན་~  ཡིན~།

        ŋa~  bŭ~quŋ  to~  raŋ~   gar~  qen~  yin~ .

        I, their little son, am Venus the morning star.

            ཐོ་~རངས་ སྐར་~ཆེན་ ནམ་~མཁའི་

            to~raŋ gar~qen  nam~kài

                    རྒྱན་~ཆ་ ཡིན~   །

    Endurance like the Brahmaputra River is my mother,

        ང་~   བུ་~ཆུང་ སྐལ་~  བཟང་~  མེ་~  ཏོག་~  ཡིན~།

        I, their little son, am the flower of good fortune,

    The light of the warmth of the home is my mother,

        ང་~   བུ་~ཆུང་ བསམ་~  པའི་~  དོན་~  འགྲུབ་~  ཡིན~།
