བུ་~ང་ཡི་ ཟུངས་~ཁྲག་གི་ བཞུར་~སྒྲ་ ཡིན་~ ནོ~ །
bŭ~ŋa-yi sŭŋ~trag-gi
xúr~drá yin~ no~ .
Are the sound of the vital blood flowing in me, a boy.
གངས་~རི་དང་ སྤང་~རིའི་ འཕྲང་~ཐག་ རིང་~ མོ~ །

The long narrow path between the snow mountains and grassy hills

ce~sòg~ yin~ no~ .
Is the meaningful life force of this earth.
