འཛམ་~གླིང་ ཡོངས་~ཀྱི་ བདག་~པོ་ སྤྱན་~རས་ གཟིགས ~  །

zàm~líŋ    yoŋ~gyi   dág~bo   jyan~ras   síg ~ ,

Avalokiteshvara, the sovereign of the entire world,

    མ་ནི་མ་~གྱུར་ འགྲོ་~བ་ འདྲེན་~པའི་ སྐྱབས་~མགོན་ ཡིན ~  །

     mani ma~gyŭr   drò~va   drèn~bai   gyab~gòn   yin ~ .

    Is the supreme protector that liberates sentient beings, our mothers.
