 ལུང་ ~པ་ ཡག་~པོ་   ངེད་~ཚོའི་ ཡ་~ལ་ནི་ ལུང་~འུང་~ པ།

luŋ ~ba  yag~bo  ŋed~coi  ya~la-ni   luŋ~ ǔŋ~ ba.

This beautiful valley is our valley.

     བསྭོ་    ~འོ~

    sò    ~ǒ~

     ལུང་~ཆུང་ ཡག་~མོ་ ཆོས་~ཀྱི་  ཡ་~ལ་ནི་ ལུང་~ འུང་~ ཆུང་།

    luŋ~quŋ   yag~mo   qos~gyi  la-ni   luŋ~ǔŋ~ quŋ.

    This beautiful little valley is the valley of Dharma.

 ལུང་  ~པའི་   ཕུ་~ཡི་   དགོན་~ཆུང་   ཡག་~རེ་~   ཡག་~འག་~ མོ།

luŋ ~bai  pu~yi  gón~quŋ yag~re~ yag~ ǎg~ mo,

In its upper part there is a nice little monastery,

     བསྭོ་    ~འོ~

    sò    ~ǒ~

     དགོན་~ཆུང་ ཡག་མོ་ གསེར་~གྱི་ ཡ་~ལ་ནི་ དགོན་~འོན་ པ།

    gón~quŋ  yag-mo   sèr~gyĭ ya~la-ni gón~ǒn~ ba.

    A nice little monastery, a golden monastery.

 དེ་~ལ་ ཡག་~སེ་ སྐོ་~ར་ ཡ་~ལ་~   རྒྱབ~འ་~ ན།

dě~la yag~se go~ra ya~la~ gyáb~ǎ~ na,

If you circumambulate it well,

     བསྭོ་    ~འོ~

    sò    ~ǒ~

     ཕྱི་~མ་ ཡག་~ལ་   ངན་~སོང་ ཡ་~ལ་ནི་ མི་~འི~ འགྲོ།

    qyi~ma yag~la ŋan~soŋ ya~la-ni  mi~ĭ~ drò.

    In the future you will meet only good, you will not go to the inferior states.
