Since we Tibetans from the three regions

    ཤ་ ~རུས་   གདུང་  ~བརྒྱུད་   གཅིག་  ~ན འ~།

    xa ~rus   dúŋ ~gyúd   jig  ~na ǎ~,

    Belong to the same family lineage,

སྐད་  ~དང་   ཡི་  ~གེ་   ནོར་  ~བུ འུ~།

The jewel of our oral and written language

    བོད་  ~པའི་   ཚེ་  ~སྲོག་   ལོས་  ~ཡིན འིན~།

    Must certainly be considered the life force of the Tibetans.
