།གནམ་~འམ~ བེ~ཌཱུ   རྱ་~འ~  ཡི་~ ༈ གུར་~འུ~ ཁང་~འང~ ན~~ །

nám~ǎm~ ve~du   ya~ǎ~  yi~ ༈ gǔr~ǔ~ kaŋ~ǎŋ~ na~~ ,

From the pavilion of the lapis lazuli sky

    །སྐྱིད་~འི~ ལྷན་~རྒྱས་   ཉི་~འི~ ཟླ་~ ༈ སྐར་~འ~ གསུམ་~འུ~ པོ~~~ །

    gyid~ĭ~ lhan~gyás  ñi~ ĭ~ dá~ ༈ gar~ǎ~ sùm~ ǔm~ bo~~~ 

    I hope and express the wish that the sun, the moon, and the stars

།ཤར་~འ~ གསེར་~རིའི་   རྩེ་~འེ~ ནས་~ ༈ མི་~  འི~འགྱང་~འང~ བར~~~ །

xar~ǎ~ sèr~rii   ze~e~ nas~ ༈ mi~  ĭ~gyàŋ~ǎŋ~ var~~~ ,

Will happily rise together, quickly and without delaying,

    །དུས་~འུ~ མྱུར་~དུ་   ཤར་~  འབའི་~ ༈ འོ~འོ~ རེ་~  འེསྨོན་~  ཞུ~ ~ །

    dǔs~ ǔ~ ñúr~dǔ  xar~   ǎvai~ ༈ ǒ~ ǒ~ re~  ěmòn~  xǔ~ ~ .

    From the peak of the golden mountain of the east.

།ས་~འ~ གསེར་~གཞོང་   སྤུ་~འུ~ རྒྱལ་~ ༈ བོད~འོ~ ཡུལ་~འུ~ ན~~ །

sa~ǎ~ sèr~xóŋ   bu~ ǔ~ gyál~ ༈ bǒd~ ǒ~ yul~ ǔ~ na~ ~ ,

Let the land of Pugyal Tibet, the golden vessel of the earth,

    །སྐྱིད་~འི~ ཕན་~བདེའི་  སྤྲིན་~འི~ ཕུང་~ ༈ ཡོངས་~འོང~ སུ་~འུ~འཁྲིགས~~~ །

    gyid~ ĭ~ pan~déi  drin~ ĭ~puŋ~ ༈ yoŋ~ ǒŋ~ su~u~trìg~~~ .

    Be completely covered by the clouds of benefit and happiness,

།ལྷ་~འ~ ཀླུ་~ཡི་   འདོད་~འོ~ དགུ་~ ༈ ཕྱུག་~  འུ~གཡང་~འང~ ཀུན~~ །

lha~ǎ~ lú~yi   dòd~ ǒ~ gú~ ༈ qyug~  ǔ~yáŋ~ǎŋ~ gun~~~ ,

And grant us the fortune of an unceasing manifestation

    །འཛད་~འད~མེད་~དུ་  འཆར་~  འབའི་~ ༈ འོ~འོ~ དགེ་~  འེལེགས་~  སྩོལ~ ~ །

    zàd~ǎ~med~dǔ  qàr~  ǎvai~ ༈ ǒ~ ǒ~ gé~  ěleg~  zol~ ~ .

    Of all the enjoyments, wealth, and prosperity of the devas and nagas.

།བར་~འ~ མི་~ཡུལ་   བཀྲ་~འ~ ཤིས་~ ༈ ར་~འ~ བ་~འ~ ན~~ །

bǎr~ǎ~ mi~yul   dra~ǎ~ xis~ ༈ ra~ǎ~ va~ǎ~ na~~ ,

In the middle, the auspicious dimension of human beings,

    །སྐྱིད་~འི~ གཞན་~ཕན་   སྙིང་~རྗེའི་~ ༈ སྡོང་~འོང~ པོ་~འོ~ ལ~~ །

    gyid~ ĭ~ xán~pan   ñìŋ~jéi~ ༈ dóŋ~ ǒŋ~ po~ ǒ~ la~~ ,

    May the branches and leaves of harmonious unity

།མཐུན་~འུ~ སྒྲིལ་~གྱི་   ཡལ་~འ~ འདབ་~ ༈ ཡོངས་~  འོང~སུ་~འུ~ རྒྱས~~ །

tùn~ ǔn~ dríl~gyĭ   yal~ǎ~ dàb~ ༈ yoŋ~ ǒŋ~su~ ǔ~ rgyás~~ ,

Blossom fully on the trunk of happy altruistic compassion,

    །ཞི་~འི~ བདེ་~ཡི་   དྲི་~ འི~ བསུང་~ ༈ འོ~འོ~ ཁྱབ་~   འ~པར་~འ~ ཤོག~~

    xĭ~ ĭ~ dé~yi   drĭ~ ĭ~ sùŋ~ ༈ ǒ~ ǒ~ kyab~   ǎ~par~ǎ~ xog~~

    And may the fragrance of peace spread everywhere.

        །ཞི་~འི~ བདེ་~ཡི་  དྲི་~ འི~ བསུང་~ ༈ འོ~འོ~ ཁྱབ་~   འ~པར་~ ཤོག~ ~
