འཇམ་དབྱངས་སྐྱིད།

འཇིག་~ རྟེན་~གྱི་ འཁོར་~བ་ ཁབ་ ~ཀྱི་ རྩེ་  ~མོ་ ལ~  །

jìg~ den~gyi kòr~va kab  ~gyi ze  ~mo  la~  :

The samsara of this world is like the tip of a needle:

    བདེ་~  བར་~   འདོད་~པ་ སྡོད་   ~པའི་ གནས་  ~མ་ ཡིན~ །

    dé~  var~   dòd~ba dód  ~bai~  nás  ~ma   yin~ .

    Happiness cannot be found there.

        ཆོས་~ཀྱི་ སྙིང་~   པོ་~   བྱང་ ~ཆུབ་ སེམས་~པ་ ཡིན~།

        qos~gyi ñìŋ~   bo~   jyăŋ  ~qub sem~pa   yin~ ,

        The essence of Dharma is bodhichitta *,

            སེམས་~པ་ བཟང་~ན་ ས་~དང་ ལམ་~ཡང་ བཟང་~  །

            sem~ba sáŋ~na sa~dăŋ lam~yaŋ sáŋ~  .

            If the intention is good, the path and the stages of realization will be good.

                ཆོས་~ཀྱི་ སྙིང་~   པོ་~   བྱང་  ~ཆུབ་ སེམས་~པ་ ཡིན~།

                The essence of Dharma is bodhichitta,

                    If the intention is good, the path and the stages of realization will be good.

If you speak kind words to the mountain in front of you,

    བྲག་~  ཆ་~   སྙན་~པོ་ བྲག་  ~གིས་ ལད་  ~མོ་ བྱེད~  །

    drăg~  qa~  ñàn~bo drăg  ~gĭs   lad  ~ mo jyěd~  .

    The rocks will echo your kind words.

        སྔ་~མ་ གང་  ~ བྱས་ ད་   ~ལྟའི་ ལུས་~ལ་ ལྟོས~།

        ŋà~ma găŋ  ~jyăs dă  ~dai lus~la    dos~.

        To know what you have done in previous lives, observe your present body.

            ཕྱི་~མ་ གར་~འགྲོ་ ད་~ལྟའི་ སེམས་ ~ལ་ ཡོད~  །
