This is a Golog song, it is very nice and in particular I like the dance very much; even though I can’t dance, when I am looking it is really wonderful, there are all movements, it is a very good exercise. Very very good. Words are also very nice.

།ཨ་~སྔོན་~ དབྱིངས་~ནས་~ཆར་~སྤྲིན་~འཁྲིགས~།
a~ŋòn yíŋ~ nas~ qar~drin~trìg~,

aŋòn: ŋòn, ŋònbo means blue, 
Aŋòn: means blue sky

yíŋ: dimension, dimension of the blue sky
ardrin: clouds of rain
trìg: are coming out, become thicker and thicker, just like today, we have a little that style.

།ཆར་~ སྤྲིན་ ནང་~ནས་   འབྲུག་~ སྒྲ་~ སྒྲོག~
qar~drin   naŋ~nas   drùg~ drá~ dróg

Qardrin naŋnas: inside, in this kind of clouds
drùgdrá: thunders, we are hearing thunders, when thunders start and there are clouds, of course then it rains, no?
drùgdrá dróg: sounding.

།འབྲུག་~་སྒྲ་~ གྲགས་~ནས་   སྦྲང་~ ཆར་~  འབབ~།
drùg~drá~   drǎg~nas   dráŋ~ qar~  bàb~.

Drùgdrá drǎgnas: when thunders are sounding what happens?
dráŋqar bàb: rain is falling down, but 'dráŋqar' is not a strong, heavy rain, it is a nice rain
bàb: falling down.

།སྦྲང་ཆར་~ བབས་~ ནས་~  རྩི་~ ཐོག་~  འཁྲུངས~།
dráŋ-qar~ bàb~nas~  zi~  tog~  trùŋ~,

Dráŋqar bàb nas: What happens when the rain is falling down?
zitog  trùŋ: herbs and flowers and everything is growing up.

།རྩི་~་ཐོག་   འཁྲུངས་~ནས་  སྒོ་~ ཕྱུགས་~ འུག~ འཕེལ~~།
zi~tog   trùŋ~nas  gó~ qyug~ pèl~,

Zitog  trùŋ nas: What happens when everything is growing up?  
góqyug pèl: all animals, particularly animals in a family, sheep, yaks all these kinds of animals, increase, develop more and more because they have very good herb to eat, a good condition
pèl: means multiply.

།སྒོ་~ཕྱུགས་   འཕེལ་~ནས་   དབུ་~ནག་~སྐྱིད~།
gó~qyug   pèl~nas   wú~ nag~ gyid~.

Gó: in general means door, but when we say 'góqyug' it means animals belonging to a family, not wild animals.
góqyug pèlnas: what happens when animals in a family progress?
wúnag gyid: then Tibetans are happy. 

Sometimes in songs for Tibetans the word 'wúnag' or 'wúnag bod' is used
wú: means hair
nag: means black, black hair people, these are the Tibetans. 
That means there are no blond people, in Tibet they do not exist. So, black hair people are happy.

།དོག་~ མོ་~ས་~ནས་~ རྩི་~ ཤིང་~ སྐྱེས~།
dǒg~ mo~ sa~ nas~  zi~xiŋ~ gyes~

dǒgmo sa: on the dimension of the lower part, the earth
dǒgmo: the earth
on the top there is the sky: space, then earth.
zi: small plants, just like flowers
xiŋ: means bigger plants, like trees, bushes etc.
zixiŋ: means all, everything that grows up from the earth
gyes: grows up

།རྩི་~ཤིང་   རྩེ་~ནས་   ལོ་~མ་~བཞད~།
zi~xiŋ   ze~nas   lo~ma~xád~,

When they grow up on the earth, what happened then? 
loma  xád: their leaves increase and develop more and more.

།ལོ་~་མའི་   དབུས་~ནས་   མེ་~ ཏོག་~  འཁྲུངས~།
lo~mai   wús~nas   me~ dog~  trùŋ~.

When there are many leaves growing up, what happens then? 
medog trùŋ: from that also manifest the flowers.

།མེ་ཏོག་~ཚལ་~ ནས་   བུང་~བ་~  ལྡིང་~།
me-dog~ cal~ nas   bǔŋ~ va~  díŋ~~,

When there are many flowers, what happens? 
medog cal: many flowers together
bǔŋva: means bee
bees are flying around and enjoy the flowers.

།བུང་བ་~ ལྡིང་~ ནས་~  མགྲིན་~  གླུ་~  ལེན~།
bǔŋ-va~díŋ~nas~  drìn~  lú~  len~,

When bees are flying, enjoying, what happen then?
They are singing. 
drìn lú  len: means  "wuuuuuu", they are singing and flying.

།མགྲིན་~གླུ་   ལེན་~ནས་   དབུ་~ ནག་~ སྐྱིད~།
drìn~lú   len~nas  wú~nag~ gyid~.

When they are singing what happen? 
Tibetans, people with black hair are happy. 
Then they are dancing a little more.

།རྒྱ་~མཚོ་~ འི~དབུས་~ནས་~སྡོང་~པོ་~སྐྱེས~།
gyá~cò~ ĭ~wús~nas~dóŋ~ bo~gyes~,

gyá cò: ocean
cò only: means ‘lake’
wúsnas:  inside that
dóŋbo gyes: a flower grows up.
This is related with the history of Guru Padmasambhaba. From Pakistan going down in the ocean, there had been history of Guru Padmasambhaba. 

།སྡོང~པོའི་   རྩེ་~ནས་   པད~མ་~བཞད~།
dóŋ~boi   ze~nas   bad~ma~ xád~.

So, when 'dóŋbo', grows up, what happens? on it then manifested a lotus flower
badma xád: manifested a lotus flower

།པད་~མའི་ དབུས་~ནས་ གེ་~ སར་~  ལྡེམ~།
bad~mai wús~nas  gě~ sar~  dém~.

What happens when the lotus flower opened up? Inside are very rich and nice seeds and manifesting.
gěsar dém: rich and nice seeds manifesting

།གེ་སར་~ རྩེ་~ནས་   སངས་~ རྒྱས་~འཁྲུངས~།
gě-sar~ ze~nas   saŋ~gyás~  trùŋ~

on the top of this 'gěsar'  
saŋgyás trùŋ: a Buddha manifested
This is Guru Padmasambhava.

།སངས་རྒྱས་~འཁྲུངས་~ནས་~  ཆོས་~  སྒྲ་~  སྒྲོག~།
saŋ-gyás~trùŋ~nas~  qos~  drá~  dróg~

When manifested this Buddha what happened? qosdrá dróg: he was pronouncing and giving the dharma teaching.
He manifested the sound of the dharma.

།ཆོས~སྒྲ་   སྒྲོག་~ནས་   དབུ་~ནག་~ སྐྱིད~།
qos~drá   dróg~nas   wú~nag~ gyid~.

When the dharma teaching is sounding what happened then?
Tibetans are happy.
We repeat this two times at the end.
It is very nice words; also the way it is composed is very nice.
