འབྲོག་~པའི་    རྩྭ་~ཐང་   སྟེང་~  འི་གི~།

dròg~bai    za~taŋ   deŋ~  ĭgi~,

For you who live in the pasture lands,

    ཨ་~གཅེས་   འབྲོག་~མོ་   ལོ་~ལོ~~~~།

    a~jes   dròg~mo   lo~lo~~~~!

    Nomad sisters,

འབྲི་~ འི་བརྒྱ་   ལྷས་~ལ་   བསྐོར་~ འོ་ནོ~།

drì~ ĭgyá   lhas~la   gor~ ǒno~,

The hundreds of female yaks grazing in the enclosure,

    ཨ་~གཅེས་   འབྲོག་~མོའི་   གཡང་~རེད~~~~།

    a~jes   dròg~moi  yáŋ~red~~~~.

    Dear nomad sisters, are your fortune.

མར་~ འ་དང་   འོ་~ཞོའི་   འཚོ་~ འོ~  འོ་བ~།

mar~ ǎdǎŋ   hǒ~xǒi   cò~ ǒ~  ǒva~

The livelihood of butter, milk, and yogurt

    ང་~ཚོ་   བོད་~པའི་   ཟས་~རེད~~།
