རྣམ་རྒྱལ་ཆོས་མཚོ།

                                nám-gyál qos-cò

ཡུལ་~ ཁྱད་~འཕགས་ གངས་~ཅན་~ ཁ་~  འ~བའི་ ལྗོངསཡེ~ །

yul~  kyad~pàg   găŋ~jan~   ka~  ă~vai   jóŋ-ye~ :

The Land of Snow, an extraordinary country:

    སྟོད་~   དབུས་~གཙང་ ཆོས་~ཀྱི་~ ཆོལ་~ འོལ~ཁ་ འདི ~  །

    dod~   wús~zaŋ   qos~gyi~    qol~ ŏl~ka   dì ~  ,

    In its upper part, including the Dharma regions of U and Tsang,

        བྱམས་~   སྙིང་~རྗེ་ ཆེ་~ཞིང་~ དགེ་~   འེ~བཅུ་ དར ~ །

        jyăm~   ñìŋ~jé   qe~xĭŋ~  gé~  ě~ju   dăr ~ .

        Love and compassion are abundant and the ten virtues flourish.

            གནས་~  ངོ་~མཚར་ ལོ་~རྒྱུས་~   འབུམ་~ ་ འུན~ གྱིས་ ཕྱུགཡེ~

            nás~  ŋo~càr  lo~gyús~ bùm~ ŭn~gyĭs    qyug-ye~,

            A wondrous place rich with a hundred thousand stories to tell,

                    འབུམ་~ འུན~ གྱིས་ ཕྱུགཡེ~

                     bùm~ ŭn~gyĭs    qyug-ye~.

                     A hundred thousand stories to tell.

བར་~ མདོ་~ཁམས་ མི་~ཡི་~ ཆོལ་~ འོ~ཁ་ འདིཡེ~ །

băr~   dò~kam   mi~yi~    qol~   ŏ~    ka   dì-ye~ ,

In the middle part, in the region of the people of Kham,

    དཔལ་~ ཕུན་~ཚོགས་ སྲིད་~པའི་~   འབྱོར་~  འོ~བ་ རྒྱས ~ །

    bal~ pun~cog   sìd~bai~   jyòr~  ŏ~va   gyás ~ .

    Perfect prosperity and natural wealth are abundant.

        དཔལ་~ རྩལ་~དྲུག་ རྫོགས་~ཤིང་~ ལ་ འ~རྒྱ་ ཆེ འེ~ །

        bal~ zal~drŭg    zóg~xiŋ~   la~  ă~gyá   qe-ě~.

        People are courageous and their commitment is strong.

            བོད་~ ཁ་~བ་ ཅན་~གྱི་~    གཟི་~   འི~བརྗིད་ ཡིན ཡེ~

            bŏd~ ka~va    jan ~gyĭ~ zí~   ě~jíd   yin-ye~  ,

            This region is the splendor of Tibet, the Land of Snow,

                    གཟི་~ འི~བརྗིད་ ཡིན ཡེ~

                     zí~ ĭ ~jíd   yin-ye~  .

སྨད་~  ཨ་~མདོ་ རྟ་~ཡི་~ ཆོལ་~  འ~ཁ་ འདི ཡེ~

màd~  a~dò   da~yi~   qol~  ă~ka   dì ye~,

In the lower part, Amdo, the region of horses,

    བློ་~ རྣམ་~དཔྱོད་ ནམ་~མཁའི་~ འཇའ་~  འ~ལྟར་ གསལ ~ །

    ló~   nám~jyod   nam~kài~  jà~  ă~dar   sàl ~ :

    The acumen of the people is as clear as a rainbow in the sky:

        གཞུང་~ མདུད་~བརྒྱ་ འགྲོལ་~བའི་~   ཤེས་ འེ~རབ་ ཆེ ~ །

        xúŋ~ dùd~gyá   dròl~vai~   xes  ě~rab   qe ~ ,

        Their discernment in unraveling hundreds of doctrinal knots in the scriptures is great,

            ལས་~    བླང་~དོར་ གནད་~ལ་ ནོར་~  འོ~བ་ མེད ཡེ~

            las~  láŋ~dŏr   nád~la   nor~  ŏ~va    med-ye~,

            The integrity of their conduct is impeccable,

                     ནོར་~ འོ~བ་ མེད ཡེ~

                     nor~ ŏ~va    med-ye~  .

                     Is impeccable.

བོད་~   ཆོལ་~གསུམ་ གདོང་~དམར་~ གངས་~ འང~རིའི་ བུ །

bŏd~   qòl~sùm   dóŋ~már~   găŋ~  ăŋ~rii   bŭ  ,

Children of the snow mountains, ruddy-faced people of the three regions of Tibet,

    རྒྱལ~   བཟང་~པོ་ འོད་~གསལ་~   ལྷ་~   འ~ནས་ ཆད ~ །

    gyál~   sáŋ~bo   hŏd~sàl~   lha~   ă~nas    qad ~ 

    You have descended from luminous deities of excellent royalty

        ལྷོ་~   འཛམ་~གླིང་ སྲིད་~པའི་~   མཛེས་~  འེ~རྒྱན་ དུ ~ །

        lho~   zàm~líŋ   sìd~bai~  zès~  ě~gyán   dŭ ~ 

        Like a beautiful ornament of the world

            ས་~ གོ་~ལའི་ གཙུག་~ན་~   མངོན་~  འོན~པར་ འཕགས~ །

            sa~ gò~lai   zug~na~     ŋòn~  ŏn~ bar  pàg~  .

            And make us supreme on this globe.

                     མངོན་~  འོན~པར་ འཕགས ~ །

                    ŋòn~  ŏn~bar  pàg~  .

                    And make us supreme.

                         མངོན་~  འོན~པར་ འཕགས ~ །

                        ŋòn~  ŏn~bar   pàg~  .
